Incase of any inconvenience, we issue a coupon as a token of apology. To use your coupon, you will have to continue shopping with us on App/Website. In case, you don't have access to the App/Website/M-site currently, don't worry, your coupons are safe with us. Whenever you have the access in future, you will be able to use the coupon (unless it has not expired). Note: All the issued coupons can only be used once per user.

TIARASTORE products are been sent from the brand warehouse/stores itself hence we claim all our products to be 100% authentic. Also, you may receive tags and a bar code scanner which can be used to check the authenticity of the product. Note: We do not sell used or refurbished products and we do not accept any trade-ins.

Please refer to the delivery policy of the item purchased for estimated days for the item to get delivered, for both domestic and international orders. The delivery timelines may vary depending on the demand and stock.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse/stores. However, in the rare case of a missing item in your order, you can request for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the order provided you have sealed product opening video.

Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount into your tiarastore wallet.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel the existing order and place a new one for the desired size/colour. In case of a prepaid order, the refund upon cancellation will get initiated within 24-48 hours.

If you have already received your order and want to change the size/colour, please refer to the product page of the item purchased for our replacement and return policy. If the product is eligible for replacement or return, you can request from an replacement or return from the 'Profile' section. You can also reach out to us on " contact us " section via your account within 7 days of delivery to request replacement or return.

Made-to-order products are usually not eligible for replacement or return.

For products that have not yet been dispatched, we request you to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct size/color.
